By booking a class or purchasing a membership, package, or pass, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Introduction Offer
The Introduction Package is valid for 14 consecutive days from the date of purchase.
The Introduction Package is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
Any unused classes will expire after the 14 day period.
All classes must be paid for prior to attendance.
Clients will not be permitted to attend a class with an outstanding balance.
Grip socks are compulsory for all Reformer Pilates classes for hygiene and safety reasons.
Clients without grip socks will be required to purchase a pair before participating.
A minimum of 2 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.
Cancellations made after the 2 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of the pass.
Cancellation requests via text message, phone call, or social media will not be accepted. All cancellations must be made through the studio's booking system before the 2-hour cancellation window closes.
ALL DIRECT DEBIT prices are found on the Mindbody app, under the prices tab and under the plans & more tab , all the other prices are found under our prices tab, and pilates classes, all direct debits are processed on the same day each week according to your membership agreement.
If a direct debit payment is declined due to insufficient funds or any other reason, a $21.90 dishonour fee will apply.
Outstanding membership fees must be paid before attending further classes.
Late fees and no-show fees may apply. This is an additional $10 fee.
A minimum of 2 weeks' written notice via email is required to cancel or pause a direct debit membership.
Membership cancellations or pauses will not be accepted verbally, via text message, phone call, or social media.
All purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, including memberships, class packs, casual classes, gift vouchers, and promotional offers.
Classes, memberships, and credits cannot be transferred to another person.
Anyone who attends any later then 5 minutes, will be refused entry, this is for safety reasons.
The studio reserves the right to refuse entry to clients who do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or studio policies.
