1. What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates performed on a machine called a Reformer. It uses springs, pulleys, and a sliding carriage to provide resistance, helping to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and balance.
3. Is Reformer Pilates suitable for beginners?
Yes! Reformer Pilates is easily adaptable for all fitness levels. Instructors can modify exercises to match your needs, whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner.
4. What if i fall pregnant throughout my Pilates journey? Firstly congratulations, you can still practice your Pilates, however after 16 weeks we require a letter from your physician stating its safe for you and bubs to continue.
5. What should I wear to a Reformer Pilates class?
Wear fitted, comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are COMPULOSRY (Can be purchased in the studio)
6. Do I need to bring anything to class?
ETHUMISUM, water bottle, grip socks and you may bring a towel if desired.
7. Can I bring my phone? Sure, take a selfie, post about it, however we respectfully ask you to put your phone on silent throughout class.
8. How often should I do Reformer Pilates to see results? Everyone is different but we recommend starting off with, 2–3 sessions then increase as desired.
10. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking ahead, you can do this through the website or download the mindbody app
11. Can I pause my membership? Yes, however the system requires 2 weeks' notice, via email
Cancellation Policy:
As classes fill up quickly, we require 2 hours' notice if you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking though our app, we don't except cancellations via email, phone or message, otherwise you will be charged for the class. ​
NO SHOW’s: will be charged for the class. ​
PLEASE be on time it causes less disruption to the class and to the instructor, better yet be EARLY! We do require all clients to arrive 10 minutes before class, as we are located in a safe and secure complex and respect other businesses that aren't trading of an evening, it has been requested that the gate closes after 6pm, so of an evening class please be waiting at the gate 10 minutes prior to class commencing and your instructor will open the gate. We understand things happen and if by chance you miss that 10 minute window please message us and we will unlock the gate.
Once class begins gate will unable to be unlocked. Thank-you for your understanding on this.​
Memberships:
Our memberships are deducted weekly, please make sure you have available funds in your nominated bank account so you aren't charged a bank dishonor fee.​
