Sauna sessions run the same time as classes, the sauna sessions are strictly 40 minutes please don't adjust the time or the temperature.
Enter the studio quietly and head straight upstairs.
We have provided fresh towels for you to sit on while in sauna, please remove the dirty towel once completed your session and place it in the basket
All clothing and shoes are to be put in the basket provided.

NEW* METAFIT CLASSES
​
Metafit is a 30 minute coach led, is high intensity interval training, focusing on functional body weight movements, designed for all fitness levels.
The program was created by a royal marine commando. It's designed to set your metabolism on fire.
Classes take place every Saturday at 8am, cost is $15 per session, this is not included in your membership and has to be purchased separately, through the mindbody app.

TWEEN/TEEN PILATES CLASSES

This class is suitable for ages from 8-17 years old.
This class is a great opportunity for kids to come together and move their bodies in a positive way. The class is run to suit all different fitness levels, regressions and progressions will be given throughout the class.

This class will cost $15.00 per person per session.
